At Beiersdorf NV, as a Junior Brand Manager FaceCare & Cleansing NL, you will be responsible for executing local marketing plans and supporting the Senior Brand Manager in developing category strategies aligned with NIVEA’s international portfolio. You will contribute to the growth of key product categories by ensuring effective implementation of marketing initiatives, monitoring market performance, and supporting commercial objectives. The key objective of the role is to ensure the achievement of targeted market share, sales growth, and profitability.

Your Tasks

  • Daily management of the product categories: definition and implementation of successful launches and relaunches including analysis, follow-up of supply chain data, forecasting, follow-up of activation plans, and follow-up of the core product portfolio
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in business steering
  • Understanding challenges and opportunities for your categories and providing clear recommendations
  • Working closely together with the BNL Marketing team and challenging and helping each other
  • Ongoing generation of local insights to develop impactful and efficient action plans and identify business opportunities to reinforce your categories in the Netherlands
  • Market analysis and performance tracking: analysis of sell-in and sell-out results, follow-up of competition activities, innovations, and market evolution in terms of products, habits, and trends
  • Work together with the Senior Brand Manager to define and implement the local marketing strategy and plans based on the marketing mix levers and apply international guidelines and strategies to the local market situation
  • Implement and execute marketing and media campaigns that are defined together with the Senior Brand Manager
  • Own the non-working marketing budget of your categories
  • Engage and motivate key stakeholders to maximize category performance
  • Inspire the team with the latest technology and developments in marketing and media

Your Profile

  • Degree-level in a relevant field such as marketing or business
  • Minimum 1-2 years of brand or product management experience
  • Analytical skills and a result-driven approach
  • Accurate, well organized, and attentive to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in English, French, and Dutch required
  • Team player attitude, taking initiative and capable of working autonomously
  • Positive and creative mindset with a can-do mentality
