At Beiersdorf NV, you will take ownership in a highly dynamic role at the heart of the commercial organization as an Account Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of one of the most important and exciting retail accounts. The opportunity starts with a limited contract for one year, with the potential to become a permanent position.

Supporting the National Account Manager, you will help deliver short-, mid-, and long-term commercial results for NIVEA, Labello, and Hansaplast. This role requires structure, oversight, and strong coordination skills. You will manage multiple processes simultaneously and ensure flawless execution across teams and timelines. You are the essential link between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Shopper & Customer Marketing, as well as the daily point of contact for the retailer. Your work directly impacts how the brands come to life in-store and online.

Your Tasks

Customer Contact & Account Support

  • Drive customer satisfaction while supporting the delivery of commercial targets
  • Support and coordinate promotional planning (online & offline) together with the National Account Manager
  • Act as a trusted contact for Category Managers and ensure smooth communication between customer and internal teams
  • Coordinate innovations and relaunches ensuring all customer requirements are met
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively share insights

Internal Collaboration

  • Align closely with cross-functional teams to deliver both company and customer objectives
  • Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for Shopper & Customer Marketing and Category Management
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing and promotional data in collaboration with Finance
  • Prepare, analyze, and share customer data (e.g., scanning data) to support decision-making

Ownership & Impact

  • Primary account lead for Hansaplast and Labello, responsible for delivering targets
  • Maintain and optimize promotion planning tools
  • Play a key role in sales-driving projects and initiatives
  • Monitor promotional offers and invoices and proactively resolve discrepancies
  • Take a leading role in coordinating POS planning to ensure flawless execution at store level

Your Profile

  • Academic degree (WO) or HBO
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Highly structured, with the ability to manage multiple parallel processes while maintaining clear oversight
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
  • Positive, energetic team player with strong communication skills
