“I loved the level of autonomy this role has given me. My ideas and suggestions were always welcomed, and I’ve learned so much throughout the process. It’s been a great way to develop professionally and get the behind the scenes view of how Communication happens at HEINEKEN.”

As our intern, you will join the Global Communications Future-Fit team and support communications that bring one of the EverGreen 2030 priorities – Future-Fit - to life. You’ll help deliver internal and external communications across a range of channels, including employee platforms, digital channels, social media and media engagement.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and provide essential support in various internal and external communication activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting campaigns and storytelling that bring EverGreen 2030 to life
  • Helping organise impactful events, from global Town Halls to local Head Office moments
  • Contributing to editorial planning and content development across different formats
  • Working with stakeholders across functions to ensure communications are aligned and engaging
  • Acting as a roving reporter to spot and tell stories from across the business, including basic video recording and editing
  • Collect data/metrics and build reports on comms performance

During your internship, you’ll have every opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as an organisation, not just within your own team, but across departments.
