At Coty, we are looking for an ambitious Media Intern with a hands-on mentality. You will be working in our Marketing HUB based in the headquarters office in Amsterdam-Zuid, the Netherlands. This full-time internship will begin in August 2026 and lasts 6 months.

About the Media Intern role

You will be part of the Amsterdam HUB, which operates a portfolio of 20+ brands across 40 EU markets. This role offers exposure to regional and portfolio management while collaborating with distributors, agencies and marketing teams.

You will assist the Media team in planning and executing LUX & CB campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in brand storytelling, campaign coordination, budget tracking, market research and performance analysis within the premium beauty and fragrance sector. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined, eager to learn, creative and digitally savvy.

Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Assist in coordinating ongoing media campaigns across various channels.
  • Contribute to the preparation of media briefs, including format selection, visuals and copy.
  • Participate in product order creation and CB budget management.
  • Organize campaign documentation including media trackers, status updates and presentations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely asset delivery and campaign launches.

Media Research & Performance Reporting

  • Conduct media landscape analysis.
  • Monitor trends in the beauty and fragrance sector, offering actionable insights.
  • Gather and analyze campaign performance metrics from ongoing and completed activations.
  • Prepare post-campaign analysis with key learnings in a one-pager format.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting across multiple channels.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with cross-functional internal and external teams during campaign building.
  • Assist in managing communications between agencies and vendors.
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, budget tracking and file organization.

Other than that, you:

  • Are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or other related fields (Bachelor/Master). It is important you remain enrolled with your university.
  • Have a basic understanding of digital marketing, media concepts, customer journey and campaign workflow.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Possess strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail, discipline and a proactive mindset.
  • Do not shy away from responsibilities and are happy to provide added value.
  • Can learn and adapt quickly, manage multiple projects and work effectively within a team environment.
  • Are fluent in English.
  • Have a passion for luxury and beauty brands, as well as an interest in media trends and consumer behavior.
