Join the Industrial Return and Analytics Office within the Industrial Policy and Auditing Department, Directorate of Commercialisation, Industry and Competitiveness, as an Industrial Return and Analytics Coordinator.
The Office plays a strategic role in shaping ESA’s industrial policy through data-driven insights and engagement, ensuring a fair and balanced geo-return by analysing and monitoring the distribution of contracts across Member States in line with programme goals and industrial development priorities. It also develops advanced analytics tools and dashboards to support decision-making across the Agency, and manages the registration and profiling of ESA suppliers. By connecting industrial intelligence, data and processes, the Office helps drive transparency, efficiency and informed policy-making across ESA.
Reporting to the Head of the Industrial Return and Analytics Office, you will be responsible for supporting the monitoring, analysis, reporting and coordination of ESA’s geographical return across Agency programmes.

A master’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related discipline is required for this post, with a minimum of six years of professional experience.
Applicants must be eligible to access information, technology, and hardware which is subject to European or US export control and sanctions regulations.
Note that ESA is in the process of transitioning to a Matrix setup, which could lead to organisational changes affecting this position.

According to the ESA Convention, staff shall be recruited on the basis of their qualifications, taking into account an adequate distribution of posts among nationals of the Member States.
The working languages of the Agency are English and French. A good knowledge of one of these is required. Knowledge of another Member State language would be an asset.
