Are you studying Finance, Accounting or Business Economics and looking for an internship? Join our Purchase-to-Pay team and get hands-on experience in an international finance environment.

Note: This internship starts in August/September 2026.

This Is What Your Internship Looks Like

You’ll be part of our Purchase-to-Pay team, supporting the day-to-day Accounts Payable processes in a fast-moving finance environment. Your main focus will be invoice registration and processing, while also contributing to a process improvement project where you help strengthen documentation, best practices and ways of working.

Your Responsibilities

  • Invoice registration and processing as the core day-to-day activity
  • Handling exceptions by liaising with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of practical Purchase-to-Pay process documentation, best-practice guidance and stakeholder-ready materials
  • Supporting continuous improvement by sharing observations from assigned tasks and helping document clearer, more efficient ways of working
  • Ad-hoc Accounts Payable and payment-related tasks

Who Are You?

You're analytical, curious and a strong communicator. You like working in a large international team and you're not afraid to ask questions or take initiative.

We're also looking for:

  • HBO or WO student in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics, available at least 4 days per week
  • Good command of English (Dutch or German is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and take on challenges
  • Comfortable communicating across departments and levels
