Back Office Support Intern

The challenge of the Back Office Support (BOS) team is to support other Bayer teams all over Europe in their service administrative work, while assuring compliance and efficiency and driving customer satisfaction. The team works closely with departments such as Warehousing & Transportation, Accounting, and Field Service. In this position, you will support the back office team in Maastricht by handling queries and providing support where needed.

You will be joining a dynamic team in Maastricht with diverse backgrounds in Back Office Support and Customer Service. The team is passionate about performance and delivering state-of-the-art service to internal customers all over the globe. You will have a lot of freedom in your job and work in a fun, informal, and diverse team with colleagues across different departments.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable for entering service contract in our SAP system.
• Enter Purchase Orders for manual stock replenishment.
• Providing service information and order statuses to your internal customers.
• Support the field service engineers in their day to day operations.
• Support the Field Service administration processes by handling reports.
• Support in running projects.
• Quoting of spare parts and maintenance for injector repair.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are studying towards a degree in Business Economics, Commercial Economy, Marketing, Sales or a related study at a Dutch High School/University.
• You are available for at least 5 to 6 months, preferably as of September.
• Well-developed communicative and collaborative skills.
• You are a flexible person who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Hands-on approach and flexibility helps you in being customer focused.
• You have a high drive for results.
• You are advanced in English (written and spoken) and any other language is a plus.
• Some experience in the SAP and salesforce program is a plus.
• Available for 4-5 days a week.
• You live max 60 minutes from Maastricht.
