We are seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Online Marketing to lead our online acquisition efforts across paid digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong analytical acumen with a deep understanding of creative optimisation and the evolving power of AI-driven automation. You will be a key driver of scalable growth and help Factor become the most trusted nutrition brand in Europe.

What you’ll do: The Recipe

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital performance campaigns (e.g. Search, Social, Display, Video) across multiple European markets.
  • Drive creative strategy in collaboration with brand and design teams to produce high-performing, locally resonant ad assets — test, iterate, and scale based on performance insights.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to brief/produce content, streamline workflows, enhance targeting, and maximise ROI.
  • Work with high-performing teams of channel managers and specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Data, CRM, Product, and Brand to align online marketing with broader customer lifecycle goals.
  • Translate campaign results into actionable insights and present learnings regularly to leadership stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate new channels, tools, and automation opportunities to stay ahead in the dynamic digital marketing landscape.

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven leadership in a fast-paced DTC or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong track record managing paid media budgets and scaling customer acquisition efficiently.
  • Deep experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered marketing tools and creative automation platforms.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in on data and zoom out to vision.
  • Passion for data-informed storytelling and testing-led growth.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
