About the role

We are looking for an intern to join us for a 6 months internship in Sep.

Working within our eCommerce team, you’ll gain hands-on experience optimizing product content, improving organic visibility, and helping drive conversion results across the EU region’s top e-retailers.

The internship

As an E-commerce intern, you will support the Pan-European pure players and Brick & Click retailers (e.g., Amazon, Douglas, Zalando, Notino, Flaconi, AS Watson). You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to delivering best-in-class consumer experiences online.

What you’ll do

  • Contribute to delivering best-in-class digital shelf experiences across key European eCommerce partners.
  • Support the execution of product content and online merchandising initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and market stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Gain hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, content management, digital shelf excellence, and performance reporting.
  • Develop practical skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, and digital commerce tools.
  • Learn how leading beauty brands drive online visibility and consumer engagement across the European retail landscape.
  • Work with tools such as PIM/DAM, UGAM, Similarweb, and retailer SEO platforms.

What you bring

  • Enrollment in a university in the EU.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Clear and confident communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinking with interest or experience in SEO, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint; Excel is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of eCommerce content and digital shelf initiatives across European markets and retail partners.
  • Assist with coordinating content-related workflows, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to content quality checks, reporting activities, and performance monitoring to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and market stakeholders on a variety of digital commerce projects.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, business updates, and communications for key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Passion for beauty and digital innovation.
  • HBO/WO student (Bachelor/Master).
  • Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Interest in E-commerce and digital technologies.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
