  • Establish and run a high-impact Project Management Office (PMO), including governance structures, progress tracking, risk management, and decision frameworks across multiple work streams.
  • Translate complex, ambiguous discussions into structured insights, decision-ready materials, and executive-level narratives (presentations, documents, business cases).
  • Own stakeholder management across senior leadership and partner organisations, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Prepare and steer executive forums, including leadership meetings, steering committees, and partner reviews, ensuring clear agendas, actionable outcomes, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive business topics and leadership interactions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of partnership processes, governance models, and ways of working to enhance scalability and effectiveness.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability, proactively identifying opportunities to create impact beyond defined scope.
  • You prepare senior leadership for key client meetings by structuring content, identifying priorities, and aligning stakeholders on objectives and messages.
  • You translate strategic conversations into clear, structured, and persuasive storytelling.
  • You help the team in identifying, articulating, and positioning strategic opportunities within the partnership.
  • You support the long-term development of the client account by maintaining continuity, context, and institutional knowledge within the partnership.

What you’ll bring
