How do you make complex risk topics clear and useful for 2,500 colleagues across Rabobank every day?

Bring clarity to complex communication and help 2,500 CRO colleagues stay informed, engaged and aligned on key developments and priorities.

You & your role

As Global Communications Advisor CRO, you translate complex risk topics into clear and engaging communication that colleagues can apply directly in their daily work. You take ownership of communication for selected CRO topics, shaping clear messages and storylines that help colleagues move forward. By working closely with stakeholders, you ensure communication is focused, consistent and tailored to the audience, so messages land effectively and are ready to use.

  • Create and improve content such as intranet articles, presentations and updates, while actively contributing to communication formats, tools and events that increase clarity and impact.

The CRO Strategy Office Communications Team are responsible for enabling clear and consistent communication across the CRO domain, helping colleagues stay informed and aligned. Collaboration is our way of working; as one solution-oriented team within Rabobank. Within the team, you take ownership of your topics while working closely together to continuously improve how we communicate as a domain.

You & your talent

  • HBO/WO degree in Communications or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in communications
  • Strong English writing and editing skills
  • Able to translate complex topics into clear communication
  • Proactive and practical mindset
  • Collaborative team player
