As an intern at our Central Head Office (CHO) in Amsterdam, you’ll sit at the heart of how we attract, engage and welcome new colleagues. This role connects two worlds: Employer Branding is the why and the story we tell; Talent Acquisition is the how and the execution that makes it real. You’ll support the recruitment journey with care and structure, while also helping us build authentic employer branding content and initiatives that resonate with future colleagues. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and our Employer Branding partners in an international environment. You’ll get the space to bring ideas, take ownership and learn fast — with feedback, trust and guidance. In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate employer branding and ambassador programs across retail, early careers, and tech, while aligning local initiatives into one global community.
  • Manage and create recruitment content for the career site, campaigns, LinkedIn, internal magazines, YouTube, and translations.
  • Support channel and campaign activation by identifying trends, channels, and messaging that attract future store and office talent.
  • Source and screen internship candidates across CHO departments and support the full recruitment cycle.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Support recruitment projects such as campus events, employer branding, and data-driven process improvements.

You’re a proactive self-starter who likes to take ownership and follow through. You bring structure to your work and enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts, from interview planning to content updates. You communicate clearly and feel comfortable turning ideas into messages that resonate — whether that’s in writing, a presentation, or in stakeholder interactions. You learn quickly, ask good questions, and use feedback to raise the quality of what you deliver. Most of all, you’re motivated to grow in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, and you’re excited about connecting the two.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Are currently enrolled in an HBO/WO study (preferably HRM / (Work & Organizational) Psychology / Educational Sciences / Marketing or a related field) for the full duration of the internship.
  • Are available 4–5 days per week for 6 months, starting September 2026.
  • Are fluent in English (spoken and written) and communicate confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Bring proactive ownership, strong organisation and coordination skills, and you’re comfortable working with systems, structure and detail.
  • Are open to feedback, learn fast, and enjoy combining operational execution with storytelling and content coordination.
