  • Serve as a subject matter expert in key areas related to the manufacture and repair of Class III medical devices, providing technical expertise and guidance on complex procedures.
  • Conduct failure analysis and confirmation by analyzing product failures, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, verifying corrective actions, and applying statistical techniques to provide evidence supporting root cause analysis conclusions.
  • Support the development and improvement of failure analysis strategies and technical management efforts to identify, investigate, and correct device failures in the field, while training, coaching, and guiding employees on complex procedures and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Collaborate and influence outcomes within high-energy, cross-functional, and multi-site teams—including R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality/Development, and Manufacturing/Operations—to develop and execute complex experiments and tests on existing product lines, investigate manufacturing issues, analyze results, make recommendations, qualify products/processes, and develop technical reports.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
