Project Manager Digital Transformation

Project Manager – Digital Transformation

In deze rol manage en realiseer je digitale transformatieprojecten over verschillende afdelingen heen, waaronder IT en engineering. Je zorgt voor effectieve planning, uitvoering, stakeholdermanagement en afstemming met de bredere transformatiedoelen van Thales. Er ligt een sterke focus op change management en heldere communicatie op alle niveaus van de organisatie, zodat nieuwe manieren van werken succesvol worden omarmd en verankerd.

The main tasks and responsibilities are

• Lead end-to-end project management of digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners.
• Drive change and communication strategies to support adoption, ensuring transparency, clarity, and engagement throughout the transformation journey.
• Contribute to governance processes that reinforce accountability and sustainable change.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership.
• Uphold Thales standards for quality, cybersecurity, and operational integrity.

Why you’d be a good match

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the technology, engineering, or high-tech industry.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building a network and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Projects, Jira, Confluence).
• Dutch nationality is required due to security and defense project regulations.
• Security screening (AIVD-B) is mandatory.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
