The role

During this internship, you’ll support a variety of projects that will help you build a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting. You’ll gain hands-on experience with key financial concepts such as P&L components, performance tracking, and generating strategic insights to support decision-making.

You’ll also develop practical skills in financial reporting, creating dashboards, and improving the visibility of financial results for senior stakeholders. Throughout the internship, you’ll strengthen both your technical expertise and your ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.

What you'll be responsible for

• Understand and analyze P&L components and control mechanisms.
• Develop and enhance financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Create and maintain financial dashboards and performance management tools.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and participating in budgeting cycles.
• Provide strategic insights and contribute to business plan development.
• Improve financial visibility through performance visualization tools.
• Support the finance team in day-to-day activities and strategic meetings.

We're looking for someone who

• Is available for 5 to 6 months starting September 2026, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Is enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a university (WO) program during the internship.
• Has basic finance and accounting knowledge.
• Possesses strong Excel skills.
• Is knowledgeable in PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Demonstrates resilience and flexibility.
• Has strong analytical and communication skills.
• Is proactive and curious.
• Can work independently and manage projects.
• Is fluent in English.
