Digital Transformation Consultant

As a Digital Transformation Consultant at NACO, you turn digital ideas into real results. You identify opportunities, shape solutions and support projects that help both our organisation and clients move forward in a rapidly evolving digital world.

What will you do

You will help NACO and its clients to translate digital ambition into concrete initiatives. You develop digital propositions, create proposals and support digital projects ranging from IT Strategy, Data & AI to software development. In addition, you support building Digital capabilities within the organization and encourage digital innovation.

In short, you can expect to:

• Identify opportunities to develop new digital services and propositions
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client pitches and market-facing initiatives
• Support clients in defining digital strategies, roadmaps and use cases across data, platforms, software and AI
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of consultants, engineers and subject-matter experts
• Support the organization in adopting AI and become more data driven
• Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and translate them into practical applications

At NACO, our specialist aviation consultancy, you will work on innovative and impactful projects shaping airports around the world.

As our new Digital Transformation Consultant, you will become part of NACO’s Future Aviation Services advisory group in Delft. Together with your colleagues, you will work on projects in the Netherlands as well as for international clients. You will collaborate closely with other teams within NACO and with colleagues across Haskoning. With over 265 colleagues from more than 40 nationalities at NACO, English is our working language. What you bring

You are a consultant who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You are able to translate business requirements to digital initiatives and have a broad understanding of IT strategy, data, analytics & AI and software development. You are curious, commercially aware, and motivated to help grow both client value and internal capabilities in the digital domain.

In addition, you have:

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in digital consulting, data & analytics or a related field
• Experience in development of digital strategies and digital transformation
• Affinity with business development and an interest in selling digital services
• Ability to grow digital capabilities within and organization
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in team settings
• Affinity with the aviation industry
