Revenue & Distribution Manager

CityHub is looking for a Revenue & Distribution Manager to help build the commercial engine behind a growing hotel group.

Therefore we are currently looking for a Revenue & Distribution Manager to help set up a structure that will support the next phase of growth.

About the role

As we scale, we are building a more modern commercial organization where Revenue, Distribution and Marketing work closely together. We believe revenue management today is about more than changing prices or following competitors. It's about understanding demand, improving profitability, recognizing patterns and connecting pricing, marketing and distribution into one commercial strategy. Technology, automation and data play a central role in how we work. We are looking for someone who enjoys improving systems, challenging assumptions and helping us build smarter commercial processes as we grow.

What you'll do

• Manage pricing and distribution strategy across multiple hotels
• Work with our RMS and understand when to trust the system and when intervention adds value
• Analyse pick-up, pace, booking behaviour and commercial performance
• Support direct booking growth, channel profitability and overall commercial performance
• Help optimize visibility and conversion across direct channels including metasearch
• Translate data into practical actions and recommendations
• Help improve commercial decision-making across the organization
• Continuously test, learn and improve how pricing and distribution work together

Who you are

• You have experience in Revenue Management, Distribution, E-commerce, Travel Tech, Aviation or another relevant commercially data-driven environment
• Hospitality experience is a plus, not a requirement
• You think commercially, not just operationally
• You are analytically strong and enjoy understanding patterns, customer behaviour and commercial performance
• You understand that demand can be influenced through pricing, marketing and distribution
• You are comfortable working with systems, automation and data
• You are curious, proactive and enjoy improving how things work
• You enjoy working in an environment evolving from start-up into scale-up
• Experience in the German market or fluency in German is important
• Mindset matters more to us than years of experience
