Help colleagues across NN get more value from digital tools and AI. As the use of Copilot and personal productivity AI tooling grows across NN, you will help colleagues move from awareness to everyday value by learning how to use these tools responsibly, effectively, and in ways that support their work. In this role, you will drive adoption, strengthen learning and community engagement, and turn practical examples into reusable inspiration while also contributing to broader Digital Employee eXperience priorities within the DEX team.

What you are going to do

  • Build and activate communities around digital adoption topics, with a strong current focus on Copilot, peer learning, and practical value cases, for example by facilitating user groups, sharing use cases, and connecting early adopters across business teams
  • Develop and support learning and enablement activities such as e-learnings, demonstrations, workshops, in-person sessions, and communication campaigns
  • Collect, structure, and share success stories, practical examples, prompt tips, and reusable content through existing DEX channels
  • Work with colleagues across DEX and the business to increase engagement, stimulate adoption, and help teams translate opportunities into everyday practice
  • Contribute more broadly to DEX priorities in communication, engagement, change, and digital enablement where needed
  • Monitor adoption signals, feedback, and engagement data to understand what works, identify barriers, and continuously improve enablement activities
  • Help colleagues understand how to use Copilot and AI tools in a responsible, secure, and practical way, aligned with NN guidelines and ways of working
  • Align on and collaborate with colleagues across NN, such as HR, Corporate Communications, Data & AI, and Group IT, on recent developments, learning opportunities, and strategic priorities for all colleagues

Who you are

  • You are a strong communicator who knows how to engage colleagues, build communities, and turn ideas into action
  • You have experience with adoption, learning, enablement, change, or communication in a digital workplace, Microsoft 365, or AI-related context
  • You can translate new technology into clear, practical, and accessible messages, training formats, and examples for different audiences
  • You enjoy working across teams and stakeholders and know how to create support and momentum for change
  • You are curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a role that combines current Copilot priorities with broader DEX topics
  • You are able to work independently while aligning with multiple stakeholders
  • You can structure information clearly and turn examples, feedback, and lessons learned into reusable content
  • You have an interest in responsible AI use and the impact of AI on everyday work

Who you will work with

You will join the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team, where we work on adoption, enablement, communication, and value realization for digital workplace capabilities across NN. The team combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and works closely with colleagues across IT and the business. In this role, you will work with existing DEX communication and learning capabilities and help strengthen current Copilot adoption efforts while also contributing to wider DEX priorities.
