Global Strategic Partnership Operations Support Bayer | Connectivity & Commercialization (C+C)

Your Role

As Global Strategic Partnership Operations Support, you are the operational backbone of the Global Strategic Partnerships team. You support the Global Strategic Partnership Lead and the R&D OEM Partnership Lead, serving as the central point of contact for cross-functional collaboration worldwide. You drive process efficiency, keep projects on track, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.

What You'll Do

Operational & Organizational Support You provide comprehensive support to both Partnership Leads — from designing and implementing operational processes to continuously improving how the Strategic Partnerships business runs. You ensure compliance with internal and external standards while actively driving the external partnerships agenda forward.

Project Coordination You track structured projects, milestones, owners, and follow-up actions. You coordinate project-related activities, monitor results and timelines, and support budget and cost center management for the Strategic Partnership business.

Cross-Functional Interfacing You act as the primary operational interface with Quality, Regulatory, Order to Cash (O2C), and Product Supply — ensuring requests are routed correctly and processed efficiently. You maintain existing stakeholder networks and build new ones, both internally and, where needed, externally as a representative of the Strategic Partnership team.

Knowledge & Contract Management You maintain the Strategic Partnerships Teams channel and other shared repositories with up-to-date documents, meeting notes, and templates. You register and manage required data in OEM systems and internal Bayer systems, keeping contract and system administration accurate and current.

What You Bring

  • A Master's degree in Business, or 5+ years of experience in a commercial (marketing or equivalent) role within the Radiology landscape
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders without hierarchical authority, with excellent communication and networking skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering measurable strategic impact
  • Solid project management experience across cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives, with an affinity for Agile methodologies and tools
  • Highly adaptable and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with resilience and flexibility under pressure
