Project Manager HR Tech

Your new team

As Project Manager, you will be joining our HR Tech, Data Innovation & Associate Experience department. Our HR team is the driving force behind the people in our organization. Powered by our Growing Together strategy, our HR teams ensure we’re fully aligned to attract, retain, and develop people to perform to the best of their abilities.

In this role, you will work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating with knowledgeable colleagues from different countries who bring expertise across many areas. Key focus areas of your role

As Project Manager, you will lead projects from initial idea through execution and closure. You will work closely with internal clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape project scope, define plans, manage risks, and ensure delivery in line with agreed objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

You will also play an important role in stakeholder management, reporting, and continuous improvement. By combining project leadership with strong organization and communication skills, you will help ensure that initiatives are delivered effectively and create lasting value for the business.

Key responsibilities of your role

• Identify and collect project ideas, analyze business needs and stakeholder requirements, and define project scope, objectives, and feasibility
• Select resources and build project teams in line with project goals and budget requirements
• Formulate project plans covering resourcing, planning, risk mitigation, quality control, and organizational requirements
• Determine budgets and secure approval in line with project objectives
• Manage project execution and coordinate all involved internal and external parties
• Monitor progress against project plans and approved changes, and manage risks, issues, quality, and deliverables
• Ensure project closure, including documentation, closure materials, follow-up actions, and handover to the business
• Capture lessons learned and support knowledge development within the function
• Prepare, explain, and follow up on project management reports in line with reporting
• Manage stakeholder expectations and satisfaction while balancing different interests to achieve project goals
