We are Technology Strategy & Advisory. As part of our growing Technology Strategy & Advisory team, we are looking for a Junior Technology Strategy & Advisory Consultant. As a junior consultant you will work in high-performance teams to address priority C-suite issues with precision and speed. Together with your team of young and enthusiastic colleagues, your role will be to help clients transform successfully to stay ahead as information-driven, digital organizations. You help them gain an understanding of their most crucial challenges, analyze, and communicate your recommendations, to contribute to the client’s success, as well as Accenture’s.

The Work

• You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating a compelling technology vision with industry expertise and context.
• You will work with C-level executives, digital marketers and IT managers.
• With your colleagues, you will help develop value cases and operating models with disruptive technologies in short- to medium-term engagements.
• You will work at the intersection of business, technology and industry, devising creative new digital strategies, implementation roadmaps, and guiding digital transformations based on trends, insights, data and expertise to unlock value and create tangible impact.
• You will apply data-driven methods to analyze clients’ strategic challenges, solve complex problems and help realize business strategy through the right use of new technologies.
• Besides client work, you will also contribute to the practice and help the team grow and develop by participating in and organizing events, creating points of view, and sharing your knowledge.
• You will convey a deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture at the intersection of the client’s industry to redefine the client’s technology stack.
• You will help realize value through medium- to longer-term technology transformations such as multi-year cloud journeys, leveraging cloud partners and platforms to drive innovation, flexibility and agility across the enterprise and build new businesses.
• You will develop data strategy, design innovations and operating models.
• You will understand the importance of data for business decision-making and help clients become truly data- and insight-driven by identifying measurable business value from data and analytics, designing and building the required capabilities, and embedding data and analytics into decisions, processes and day-to-day operations.
• You will also teach teams how to do data-driven storytelling through quantitative analysis and data visualization.
