Your assignment

During development of (medical) devices, debugging tooling can be very powerful to increase efficiency and reliability of the development process. Due to a license change, our current debugging tooling with Python backend for a surgery machine can no longer be used. The debugging tooling is still desired and we require an updated / new tool that can provide us the same functionality. In the future, we also want to use the tool for service.

The assignment shall include at least:

• Research to the best framework for the machine and organization, including researching licensing structure.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and users.
• Develop a graphical user interface that can communicate with the surgery machine, taking into account available knowledge within the organization (C#/.NET, C++, Python) to continue supporting the tool, scalability, shielding functionality for certain users, and deployment in the field.
