As part of our growing Technology Strategy & Advisory team, we are looking for a Junior Technology Strategy & Advisory Consultant. As a junior consultant you will work in high performance teams to address priority C-suite issues with precision and speed. Together with your team of young and enthusiastic colleagues, your role will be to help clients transform successfully to stay ahead as information-driven, digital organizations. You help them gain an understanding of their most crucial challenges, analyze, and communicate your recommendations, to contribute to the client’s success, as well as Accenture’s.

The Work

• You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients in Technology Strategy & Advisory, articulating a compelling technology vision with industry expertise and context. You will work with C-level executives, digital marketers and IT managers. With your approximately 80 direct colleagues, you are at the heart of change, developing value cases and operating models with disruptive technologies in short- to medium-term engagements. As a TS&A junior consultant, you will be positioned at the crucial intersection of business, technology and industry, helping devise creative new digital strategies, implementation roadmaps, and guiding digital transformations based on trends, insights, data and expertise. • You get energy from solving complex puzzles and working in teams. Our consultants in Strategy & Consulting are changing businesses every day using industry insights, knowledge and innovative ideas. You will apply data-driven methods to analyze clients’ strategic challenges, solve complex problems, and help realize business strategy through the right use of new technologies. Besides client work, you will also contribute to our practice and help the team grow and develop by participating in and organizing events, creating points of view, and sharing your knowledge.
• You will convey a deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture at the intersection of the client’s industry to help define or redefine the client’s technology stack. You will realize value, advise, and execute medium- to longer-term technology transformations such as multi-year cloud journeys with a clear industry focus, leveraging cloud partners and platforms to drive innovation, flexibility and agility across the enterprise and build new businesses.
• You will develop data strategy, design innovations, and operating models. You will understand the importance of data for business decision-making and help clients become truly data- and insight-driven by identifying measurable business value from data and analytics, designing and building the required capabilities, and embedding data and analytics into decisions, processes and day-to-day operations. You will also help teams do data-driven storytelling through quantitative analysis and data visualization.
