Intern Demand & Supply

At Beiersdorf NV, this internship offers the opportunity to support demand planning and supply activities within Supply Chain Management.

Your Tasks

• Support demand planning and contribute to building an 18-month rolling forecast for NIVEA Hair Care & Styling
• Analyze data and integrate inputs (promotions, media, in-store activities) to improve forecast quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across NL & BE (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to align forecasts
• Monitor stock levels and help ensure high customer service performance
• Balance key KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Stock Coverage, and Critical Stock

Your Profile

• Master’s student in Supply Chain Management (or related field), based in the Netherlands or Belgium
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in demand planning and data-driven decision-making
• Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
