About the role

We are seeking candidates who are fluent in Dutch and have a strong understanding of the local market and culture. This role is open to EU nationals or individuals with valid work authorization in the Netherlands, with a priority for those already residing in the country.

The work

As a Java specialist at Accenture Application Engineering, you'll collaborate with diverse experts in multi-disciplinary teams, serving clients in the Netherlands and abroad. Your focus will be on creating sustainable solutions for the future.

Your work will involve on-site or remote client support. You'll have the opportunity to engage in various tasks, from developing new features, proposing system redesigns, or drafting architectural designs across a complete microservice landscape.

Projects will vary significantly, requiring proficiency in cutting-edge technologies such as Spring/Jakarta, cloud microservices, and automation.

• You will be working on-site or remote in a variety of teams for clients in different industries.
• You’ll be building high-tech custom solutions, developing new features, system redesigns, or drafting architectural designs, working according to DevOps culture and Agile practices.
• Technologies you’ll be working with are Java, Spring (Boot), distributed architectures and messaging systems, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), CI/CD automation, and databases (SQL / No-SQL).
