Als Customer Service Representative ben jij de spil tussen klant en organisatie. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt en denkt proactief mee met klanten én interne teams.
Over Eurotank Amsterdam
Eurotank Amsterdam is onderdeel van VTTI, een wereldspeler in energieopslag met meer dan 10 miljoen m³ capaciteit op vijf continenten. In de Amsterdamse haven werkt ETA met +/- 85 collega’s aan de opslag en overslag van energieproducten én de groei van biobrandstoffen en biofeedstocks. Dé plek waar logistiek, commercie en energietransitie samenkomen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Klantwensen vertalen naar concrete interne orders
- Intensief schakelen met Operations, Maintenance en HSE
- Klanten adviseren en verwachtingen managen
- Administratieve verwerking van orders in systemen
- Prioriteiten stellen en overzicht bewaren in een dynamische omgeving
- Meedraaien in consignatiedienst (volgens rooster)
Wat wij zoeken
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring (olie & gas = pré)
- Sterke communicatieve en analytische skills
- Hands-on, proactief en oplossingsgericht
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen en MS Office
- Vloeiend Nederlands & Engels
- Teamspeler met een goed gevoel voor prioriteiten
