At Coty Amsterdam Hub, the Prestige Brands Marketing Intern supports the marketing team across Europe Distributor Markets, Benelux & e-commerce.

The Amsterdam Marketing Hub manages Coty Luxury’s full brand portfolio of more than 20 fragrance, skincare, and make-up brands across over 40 markets in EMEA. We are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated marketeers and, together with our colleagues from the broader organization, we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with more than 350 million consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Brand Managers in new brand launches across the region.
  • Support the launch management of new innovation within the existing portfolio.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis reports for top countries.
  • Stay abreast of global competitive activity and trends, conduct competitive analysis, assess new competitive product launches, and create presentation materials as needed.
  • Drive creation of internal presentations.
  • Work closely with brand managers, media, retailers, and distributors to ensure that marketing and media strategies are aligned with objectives and global guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Provide global teams with commercial updates such as trade plans and distribution.
  • Support Brand Managers in administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently studying a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or Marketing.
  • Full proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in the beauty industry and e-commerce/digital.
  • For EU citizens: enrolled in a European university for the full duration of the internship.
  • For non-EU citizens: enrolled in a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship program.

Period

This internship is full-time for a duration of 6 months and starts from August 2026. You will receive an internship allowance and an NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card.
