In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring the seamless execution of our training programs. Our Client Delivery team is responsible for delivering a high-end, flawless client training experience. Practically, this means that as soon as our Commercial teams close a new contract, the Delivery team steps in to ensure we go live as fast as possible with the relevant content, the right trainers for the right client, and serves as the first point of contact for all client queries.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Program vertical. We are a young and diverse team with 6 Project Managers. You will own the operational setup and execution of your dedicated client programs, from learner communications to coordinating contextualisation elements like translations and branding. You ensure that every program runs on time, within scope, and according to our Lepaya standards.

You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers to translate client needs into feasible, high-quality delivery setups. You’ll collaborate across teams, from content operations to product squads, to ensure that what we deliver is both impactful for clients and scalable for Lepaya.

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or customer success, ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable acting as the delivery counterpart for clients: you set expectations, explain trade-offs, and handle delivery conversations with confidence and calm.
  • Clear communication and coordination skills; you bring clarity, structure, and accountability to every project.
  • A proactive problem solver with a bias for action: when things get complex, you simplify.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with systems and data to monitor quality and performance.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. Additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in the Netherlands (relocation support is not provided for this role).

Your first-year achievements

  • Own program setup: Take full ownership of delivery setup, from branding and translations to learner communication and platform configuration, ensuring programs are ready to deliver at high quality.
  • Run setup projects end-to-end: When extra setup work is needed, such as branding, translations, content updates, or delivery deviations, manage it as a project by coordinating across teams and freelancers, tracking timelines, and ensuring all steps are completed before the program is announced to learners.
  • Drive readiness: Lead smooth go-lives for pilots and waves, resolving blockers quickly.
  • Advise on delivery feasibility: Act as a trusted delivery advisor for both clients and Commercial, setting clear expectations, explaining constraints, and shaping workable solutions early.
  • Ensure First Time Right: Monitor delivery quality metrics, including first time right and issue-free modules, and act early when risks arise.
  • Improve scalability: Share learnings, document best practices, and contribute to better, simpler delivery processes.
