This is an opportunity to shape how AI elevates global Services within a mission-driven health technology company, while benefiting from competitive rewards, benefits and growth opportunities.

Your role

  • Help Services teams apply AI thoughtfully to improve uptime, learning outcomes, project delivery and cost-to-serve while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Assess where AI adds value and where analytics, RPA or process redesign are better solutions.
  • Build and maintain an AI use-case roadmap across Service Delivery, Education and Project Management, linking initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify automation opportunities and integrate AI into existing workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead cross-functional pilots with BPEs/SMEs, IT/Data/AI, Q&R, Markets and PMO teams, capture learnings and scale successful solutions.
  • Embed privacy, security, safety and data governance controls throughout the AI lifecycle ("compliance by design").
  • Define KPIs, acceptance criteria, and monitoring processes for deployed AI solutions, driving continuous improvement through feedback loops.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • You bring 7+ years of experience in Services operations or process transformation, along with 3+ years delivering AI-enabled solutions in service/field service, education/learning operations or project delivery. Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
  • You bring strong decision-making frameworks, with the ability to evaluate the feasibility and trade-offs of AI versus alternative solutions, balancing value, risk and controls in alignment with portfolio governance.
  • You have taken AI use cases from discovery through implementation, such as knowledge assist/search, case triage, predictive maintenance, content classification or risk prediction, and understand data governance and model lifecycle management.
  • You apply creativity and analytical thinking to interpret AI outputs and make actionable recommendations.
  • You demonstrate the ability to learn, unlearn and adapt in response to the rapid pace of AI industry developments. You are open to change and committed to continuous learning.
  • You are skilled in Lean/Six Sigma, design thinking and change management and can translate AI and process concepts for non-technical audiences.
