At The Social Hub, the People Experience department is offering an internship position for a talented Learning & Development intern in the TSH Academy (Learning & Development team) from September 2026 for 5 to 12 months.

As an L&D Intern, you will be part of the TSH Academy team whose mission is to support the growth and development of all TSH employees. You will support the setup and evaluation of training initiatives, assist with the design of improvements to existing trainings, work directly with Training Specialists to help drive impactful learning experiences, support program coordination, and collaborate on new projects that help reach organizational goals. This is a great learning opportunity to gain a broad insight into the Learning & Development industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops for team members across all levels of the organization.
  • Leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) and support the implementation of new processes, creation of automations, and troubleshooting where needed to optimize training coordination.
  • Schedule and organize training sessions, such as global onboardings, from A to Z, including coordination, organizing speakers, arranging equipment, managing invites and registration, and making room bookings.
  • Support the creation and development of learning materials such as slide decks, e-learning modules, and other resources to enhance learning experiences.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to help assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in and support ongoing team projects.
  • Conduct research on current L&D trends to help keep the team informed and innovative.

Who You Are

  • You are following a bachelor's or Master's in Hospitality, Education, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a similar field within the EU.
  • You must be enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the internship.
  • You are fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • You have a curious mind, are tech-savvy, and pick up new systems with ease.
  • You enjoy interacting with people.
  • You have strong attention to detail and a critical eye.
  • You are proactive and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You enjoy being creative and are eager to share your ideas.
  • Helping people develop service and people skills and supporting their growth motivates you.
  • You’re available for a minimum of 5 months starting in September 2026.
