As an Operations Manager at Park Plaza Eindhoven, you will be responsible for the overall service delivery of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience across all departments. Acting as the right hand of the General Manager, you will lead daily operations, support Heads of Department, and drive performance through a hands-on approach. In this role, you will balance operational responsibilities with leadership development, acting as deputy in the absence of the General Manager, and taking ownership in a dynamic, smaller hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Brand, Guest Experience & Operations

  • Ensure the guest experience is consistently delivered across all departments in line with brand and company standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.

Finance & Commercial

  • Use company reporting tools and data to support operational and commercial decision-making.
  • Drive productivity and cost control, including payroll management and adherence to financial targets.

People Management & Leadership

  • Lead and support Heads of Department in driving engagement, performance, and development.
  • Act as a role model for leadership behaviours aligned with PPHE values and company culture.

Asset Protection & Compliance

  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and visitors in line with regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in a hotel management role (Food & Beverage Manager or Front Office), ready to step into an Operations Manager position.
  • Strong hands-on operational mindset with the ability to lead by example across F&B (breakfast/events).
  • Experience managing teams and overseeing daily operations within a hotel environment.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a smaller hotel structure and take ownership across departments.
  • Strong focus on guest experience and consistent service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience within an international hotel group.
  • Familiarity with PPHE Hotel Group or Radisson Hotel Group standards.
  • Experience working with hotel systems and reporting tools.
  • BHV and Social Hygiene trained.

This role is paid according to the Horeca CAO scale - Schaal XI.
