• Support execution of core Talent, Culture and Learning activities, such as surveys, mentoring, and learning initiatives.
• Assist in project coordination and stakeholder communication across global teams.
• Help prepare insights, presentations, and dashboards for leadership discussions.
• Contribute to ongoing critical organizational change initiatives.
