Marketing and communications specialist

As a marketing and communications specialist, you will be responsible for both online and offline marketing for our organisation. You ensure that our services and formulas are promoted effectively. In addition, your support is valuable in client projects. Your tasks include website management, platform and social media management (content creation and SEO), analysing marketing activities and channel effectiveness. Your role is essential for refining The Next Organization's communication strategy.

• Passion and affinity for the profession, especially for writing engaging B2B articles and posts.
• Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for online and offline marketing and communications.
• Ability to work independently and accurately.
• Curiosity, innovativeness and the ability to keep abreast of the latest trends, developments and technologies.
• Creativity, entrepreneurship, self-motivation and excellent communication skills (particularly adept at persuasive and engaging writing).
• Skills in Adobe Creative Suite, SEO and SEA.
• Willing to travel to the office in Bussum several times a month.
• Currently in the final phase of your HBO/WO degree or recently graduated.
• Specialisation in marketing and/or communications is a Pre.
• Fluency of Dutch language at a professional level.
