You & your role
Build and improve a scalable analytics environment as Azure Platform Engineer, enabling colleagues to turn complex data into actionable insights. You design secure cloud solutions, automate deployments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while working on innovation within a diverse international environment of 55 colleagues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into practical and innovative technical solutions within a secure data environment.
- Monitor platform performance and continuously improve stability, reliability, and scalability across multiple integrated systems and workflows.
- Stay up to date with Azure developments and actively identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
You work within the Analytics Platform Area in the Tech 4 Data & Analytics Tribe, contributing to an international team of 55 colleagues across 7 teams, focused on building and maintaining a leading model development platform.

The 55 people of Analytics Platform Area develop and maintain a model development platform for advanced analytics and machine learning across the organisation. Collaboration is our approach; as one data-minded team within Rabobank we continuously improve our platform and deliver value to users.
You & your talent
- 7+ years experience as Platform Engineer or similar within large-scale analytics platforms
- Proven experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Databricks and data architecture
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code within CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive learning mindset
- Team-oriented attitude
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
