Senior ERP Specialist

🚀 We're hiring for a senior opportunity within the IT – Global Business Applications department at JBT Marel.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Boxmeer.

Shape the future of our global SAP landscape during the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.

As our Lead Senior SAP Specialist for Equipment, you will be the key subject matter expert guiding this transformation. This role focuses on deep content ownership and is not a people management, consultant, or architecture position.

You will play a central role in delivering high quality and standardized SAP solutions across the full Equipment lifecycle. This includes sales, supply chain, distribution, services and all manufacturing related processes. You will also ensure successful delivery of complex CAPEX initiatives and act as the primary partner for internal stakeholders on all Equipment and manufacturing related continues improvement topics.

This is a senior role with high visibility. Strong communication skills in English are required.

🔍 About the Role

You bring end to end expertise in Equipment oriented manufacturing within SAP, ideally across Sales, Supply Chain, Distribution and Service processes. You will guide functional design during our transition to S/4HANA, safeguard integrated process quality and ensure that solutions match the needs of a global equipment manufacturing environment.

A key part of your responsibility is driving standardization, quality control and harmonization across the SAP landscape. You will be the hands on specialist who ensures that our future S/4HANA system supports the full Equipment lifecycle in a robust and scalable way.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Act as the senior specialist for Equipment processes within the global SAP team
• Lead functional content during the SAP ECC to S/4HANA transition
• Ensure high quality end to end process design across Equipment, sales, supply chain, distribution and service
• Safeguard delivery of complex CAPEX programs and quality standards
• Translate business requirements into feasible and sustainable SAP solutions
• Guide documentation, testing cycles and knowledge transfer
• Manage internal stakeholders on manufacturing related RCI topics
• Support global initiatives focused on simplification, standardization and process harmonization

🛠️ What You Bring

• Deep hands on expertise in SAP for Equipment and Manufacturing, including configuration and integration
• Strong understanding of end to end processes across Sales, Supply Chain, Distribution and Service
• Experience with S/4HANA in large scale transitions
• Ability to coordinate across SAP domains and ensure cohesive end to end solutions
• Experience with quality control and CAPEX related SAP processes is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills for working with international teams
• Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
