We produce and sell cleaning and laundry products targeting professional end users in the Foodservice / restaurant industry, Care, Hospitality and beyond.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and develop the sales of our P&G Pro range to professional end users in the Food Service, Health Care and Hospitality industry, partly based in our Rotterdam office but mostly at customer and end-user locations.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for acquiring and maintaining national and regional accounts within the Food Service channel and driving category growth. Within this responsibility, you will also have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of our growing sales organization.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Grow the P&G Pro business by selling our professional product line to end-users in the focus areas of Food Service, Health Care and Hospitality.
  • Win contracts through successful tenders.
  • Develop business-building ideas and sell these ideas to our accounts, leading and executing them into reality.
  • Market our professional range of products to help customers understand how their superiority meets consumers' needs.
  • Support and collaborate with local distributors in the Food and Janitorial industries.
  • Lead from the front by understanding customers' commercial needs and business opportunities, while developing expertise in areas such as product knowledge and technical support.

Job Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a sales role on national and regional accounts.
  • Experience in the Foodservice sector.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an advantage.
  • A strong “can-do” attitude with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve business targets.
  • Proactive approach to new business acquisition, supported by strong negotiation and client management skills.
  • Fluent Dutch and communicative English.
  • Valid driving license.
