Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Workday Record to Report (R2R) Lead to design, configure, and lead Workday Financials (Record-to-Report) solutions within large-scale transformation programs. You will play a key role in helping clients maximize the value of their Workday investment, from requirements definition through deployment and adoption.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all phases of a Workday R2R deployment: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configurations and advise on best practices.
• Configure Workday modules for financial accounting, statutory reporting, and country-specific requirements during global rollouts.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend appropriate mitigation approaches.
• Ensure integration of R2R processes with other modules and systems (Finance, IT, PMO).
• Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday methodology.
• Report progress to the Project Manager and effectively manage stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Contribute to innovation through the creation of leading methodologies and market assets.
