Relocately, the market leader in lead generation for the international moving industry across 60 countries, is rapidly expanding into new services and markets. To facilitate this exciting growth, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to develop and cultivate partnerships in our assigned markets.

Our global platform provides a one-stop solution, enabling individuals to access and apply for relocation services worldwide. In addition to comparing movers, we are actively expanding our platform to include various services such as currency exchange, housing/short stay, immigration assistance, and much more.

A snapshot of your role

As a B2B (business-to-business) sales executive, your main responsibility is to generate revenue by selling products or services to other businesses rather than individual consumers. This role typically involves working closely with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that address their business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, utilizing online platforms, and leveraging existing contacts.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Cultivate a deep understanding of clients' businesses and needs to provide personalized solutions.

  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of your products or services.

  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing revenue for your company.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets and company objectives.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth and business development.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.

  • Customer Support: Collaborate with customer support teams to address client concerns and ensure smooth post-sales support.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Typically, B2B sales executives need previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in a related industry can be an advantage.
