Our global platform provides a one-stop solution, enabling individuals to access and apply for relocation services worldwide. In addition to comparing movers, we are actively expanding our platform to include various services such as currency exchange, housing/short stay, immigration assistance, and much more.

As part of the Moveasy group, Relocately currently operates in 70 countries, with offices in Amsterdam, Sydney, Singapore, and Manila.

Junior Account Manager

A snapshot of your role

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting senior account managers and overseeing the day-to-day interactions with clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Account Maintenance: Assist in managing client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and managing account-related documents.
• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for additional products or services that align with their needs.
• Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue and enhance the value provided to clients.
• Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance and present them to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in generating new business leads and proposals.

Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills and a dedication to meeting client needs and expectations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Relationship Management: The ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
• Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales principles and a willingness to learn and assist in sales-related activities.
• Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address client issues and find appropriate solutions.
