MedTech Operator - Production

For our team in Nijmegen, we are looking for a hands-on and quality-minded MedTech Operator - Production to support production activities in a regulated MedTech setting. In this role, you contribute to the production of an innovative product used by patients worldwide, where accuracy, safety and working according to clear procedures are essential.

You will carry out controlled production steps in line with GxP guidelines and make sure your work is performed and documented correctly. This is a practical role for someone who takes ownership, works carefully and understands that every step in the process matters.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manufacture of the product according to the procedures, Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices and quality standards of the area.
• Preparation and completion of the documentation of the various manufacturing steps.
• Preparation and verification of batch components.
• Product quality inspection according to specifications.
• Cleaning of the work area to avoid contamination and/or mixing of products.

Qualifications

• MLO degree with relevant experience, or an HBO degree as a starter.
• Experience in a production or laboratory environment.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, MedTech or other regulated environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of GxP/GMP or working according to strict procedures is a plus.
• Accurate, detail-oriented and able to follow written procedures carefully.
• Comfortable working in a team and communicating clearly.
• Flexible, hands-on and eager to learn new processes.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
