As our business grows, we’re bringing the ads plan to even more members around the world. Starting in 2027, Netflix’s ads plan will expand to several new countries, including Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, and Belgium, giving members more plan options and advertisers more opportunities to reach our audience. To support this growth, we are looking for a Senior Sales Partner based in Amsterdam who will be instrumental in shaping this quickly evolving business area for Netflix and helping shape our sales strategy for Belgium.

As a Senior Sales Partner in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for helping lead the development and execution of the programmatic sales strategy for Belgium.

The role involves developing business with senior stakeholders at major agency holding groups and building key client relationships with C-level, VP, and Director contacts within those portfolios. You will jointly drive Netflix Advertising opportunities with key agency partners, client leaders, and internal teams, including Account Management.

You will be accountable for delivering revenue targets by leveraging Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings, while working closely with Measurement Leads to develop best-in-class measurement solutions that meet client needs. The role will also serve as a focal point for driving the internal developments necessary for success. Proven expertise in effective cross-functional collaboration with Go-to-Market (GTM) and commercial teams will be crucial.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, an established network of relationships, and a track record of building new market relationships and delivering meaningful revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute agency-focused sales strategies for Belgium, with proven depth of programmatic delivery, to achieve revenue targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Build, maintain, and drive strong relationships with major agency holding groups and related agencies to secure ad partnerships, drive direct agency deal-making, and support revenue growth.
  • Develop sales strategies and sales plans for the assigned account portfolio and build long-term relationships with key senior clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of programmatic-driven, “always on” campaigns.
  • Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation.

We’re Looking for:

  • At least 10 years of experience in advertising or media, including sales, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, ideally within Belgium.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English at a business level is desirable.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales, including programmatic, specifically PMP-driven sales, is essential.
  • Deep understanding of media agencies and holding companies, with an established senior-level network of relationships.
  • An entrepreneurial approach, with a track record of independently identifying opportunities, driving initiatives, and taking ownership of business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and communication objectives and pillars.
  • Ability to move easily from strategic thinking to operational tasks.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative capabilities and sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions.
  • Comfort with the challenge of starting a new business and with risk, uncertainty, and ambiguity.
  • Some people management experience is preferable but not essential.
  • A passion for entertainment and the Netflix product is a plus.
