The SAP Super User provides support for testing of systems related to operations and assists in the implementation of distribution projects and initiatives to drive continuous process improvement. The testing also allows for improved efficiency or increased productivity. This is necessary to ensure processes are aligned with organization objectives and guidelines. This resource will meet with Bioventus integrating partners. This resource will assist the international line of business.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives.
• Support various backend systems/software used for end-to-end processes (SAP, CRM).
• Ensure business process documentation is created and distributed to associated personnel.
• Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to the system.
• Train team members on system functionalities.
• Trouble-shoot system related issues.
• Act as a middle layer between system end-users and technical support staff, resolving issues reported by the business, interpreting business requirements to IT, and ensuring that solutions designed and developed by the technical team meet those needs.
• Develop gap analysis with leaders and identify improvement opportunities and initiatives.
• Manage and execute user acceptance test efforts, data, and cases, and identify pertinent performance metrics.
• Identify training gaps and create training opportunities when needed, including guidance on execution of SAP transactions.
• As a Master Data analyst, manage and optimize the organization's central data sources to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability of information.
• Ensure JIRA tickets submitted through the Customer Intake Form are re-routed to the correct team.
• Maintain and improve the quality and consistency of master data.
• Handle the Performance Program in the UK line of business as needed.
• In addition, work on the current roles and responsibilities of the CC team currently assigned.
• The role is currently for International; however, this may change based on business needs.

What you'll bring to the table

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or engineering.
• 3+ years experience with SAP required.
• 1+ year experience with JIRA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Order and Order to Cash Process experience.
• Strong knowledge of Customer and Material Master Data.
• 2+ years with data, system or business process development experience.
• Advanced business process analysis knowledge.
• Strong problem solving capabilities.
