BPO Digitalization Specialist

We are looking for a Digitalization & Automation Specialist to drive digital transformation within our HR Services organization. In this role, you will focus on automating workflows, optimizing processes, and implementing smart digital solutions that enhance efficiency and service quality.

You will work closely with HR teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to identify opportunities for automation, reduce manual effort, and improve the overall employee experience. As a key expert in digitalization, you will play an important role in shaping and delivering local, regional, and global initiatives.

This role primarily supports HR Services in Belgium and the Netherlands, while contributing to broader EMEA digitalization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and drive opportunities to automate and optimize processes across HR Services
• Design, develop, and implement digital solutions to improve efficiency and user experience
• Build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate, VBA, or similar technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable digital solutions
• Continuously improve and maintain existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital tools and automated processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection, and governance standards
• Perform testing and quality assurance for new and existing solutions
• Contribute to regional and global digitalization and automation initiatives
• Document solutions, processes, and system configurations to ensure sustainability and knowledge sharing
• Act as a key point of contact for digitalization and automation topics

Your Profile

• Experience in digitalization, automation, process improvement, or similar roles
• Strong interest in workflow automation and process optimization
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Power Automate, VBA, ServiceNow, DocuSign, or similar is highly beneficial
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by continuous improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
• Experience with HR processes is an advantage, but not required
• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities
• Advanced in English (written and spoken), Dutch would be an advantage
