Webinar 3048/2022: Interoperability identifications

The aim of the webinar is to improve performance of officials authorised to use the interoperability identifications in line with the relevant legal frameworks. The horizontal topic is the use of Art 20 and Art 22 of the Interoperability Regulations.

By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

• Explain the process of identification of persons under Article 20 of the interoperability regulations, including specific circumstances when police may make use of Article 20;
• Explain the process of checks under Article 22 and access of law enforcement officials to EU information systems.
