Triple Solar is a fast growing manufacturing company that is transforming into a data-driven, digital supported organization. In the traditional installation sector, our ambition is not only to introduce an innovative product to accelerate the energy transition (our PVT heat pump system) but also to provide maximum digital support for the way we produce and install.

Triple Solar is the inventor of the PVT heat pump and its corresponding PVT panels. As a Dutch technology company with an extensive in-house R&D department, we dedicate all our knowledge, people, and energy to the energy transition. Our goal is clear: to provide a sustainable, reliable, comfortable, and affordable alternative to gas-based heating.

As the head of digital your role to drive this strategy is crucial: you will design the digital “best practice” to operate within our organisation as well as within our ecosystem of installation partners, eventually fully integrated with our end user facing app. Build the framework to connect every new country, starting with Germany (HQ Cologne), according to a fixed global standard.

You are the builder who first maximizes and drives automation regarding the foundational (ERP/CRM) processes and then uses data automation and AI applications to help both our own organization and our installation partners worldwide excel.

This is what you’ll do

Strategic Blueprint & Scalability

• Develop a scalable digital strategy that serves as a “Plug & Play” model for international expansion.
• Establish a multi-year roadmap focused on standardization: ensuring we operate the “Triple Solar way” everywhere.
• Integrate our German GmbH (Cologne) digitally and ensure seamless collaboration (on process level) between the central team in Amsterdam and the German team in Cologne.

Tactical Foundation: ERP & CRM Integration

• Own our Triple Solar system landscape, where AFAS (ERP) acts as the operational brain and HubSpot (CRM) as the commercial engine, maximally automated.
• Maximize the effectiveness of this backend: establishing a “Single Source of Truth,” real-time data exchange between entities, and fully automated workflows.
• Build the dashboards that support teams in active decisionmaking to effectively lead the company globally.

Innovation: AI & Partner Support

• Once the foundation is solid, implement AI solutions such as knowledge databases that provide maximum support for our internal organization, end customers, and installation partners to answer their questions and support their operations.
• Build and implement a foundational & easy to use partnerplatform for effective and transparent management of the Triple Solar installation partner ecosystem

Operational IT Governance & Security

• Ensure a secure IT environment and define the vision for cybersecurity and international data protection (GDPR).
• Take responsibility for the organization’s IT needs, manage an external IT service provider for daily support, and step-by-step, build your own international team.

Triple Solar is the inventor of the PVT heat pump without an outdoor unit, an innovative heating system that uses solar energy and heat from the outdoor air to sustainably heat homes. Our goal: maximum impact in reducing CO₂ emissions by making sustainable heating accessible to as many people as possible.

One way we do this is by developing and manufacturing everything ourselves, from our R&D department in Amsterdam and our factory in Emmen. This is what you bring along

• Analytical mind, visionary (can see into the digital future) and pragmatic (how to make things work quickly)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s level of thinking, a technical or business degree
• At least 5 years of experience in a digital role, preferably within an international scale-up.
• Proven experience with the integration of ERP (preferably AFAS) and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
• Knowledge of process automation, cybersecurity and the drive/potential to explore the use of AI applications
• Hands-on IT support for questions from within the organization.
• Excellent command of English, Dutch preferred; German is a strong plus.
