The Work

Hi (potential) master student! We are looking for a thesis student to join the AI & Data practice of Accenture Song. This practice brings AI & Data solutions to clients in close collaboration with Design and Digital Products, Commerce, Marketing and Service. Together, we merge creativity and data-driven marketing with distinctive business consultancy.

Team

As an AI & Data Customer Tech intern, you'll join our innovative team at the forefront of agentic AI and marketing technology. You'll work on integrating agentic AI solutions into customer and marketing technology ecosystems—from redesigning marketing processes to building intelligent agents that drive real business value. You will collaborate with our consultants who strategize, design, implement and optimize AI-driven solutions for our clients, bridging the gap between business needs and cutting-edge technology across industries like retail, automotive and financial services.

Daily Tasks

On a daily basis, the following can be expected:

• Write your thesis as your main priority, supported by dedicated people in our team;

• Conduct research within the Customer Tech and agentic AI domain, exploring topics such as responsible AI in marketing, data readiness or agent-driven process redesign;

• Explore and map agentic AI opportunities within client workflows and marketing processes;

• Design, optimize and potentially build agents using platforms such as Vertex AI;

• Contribute to hands-on client deliverables within the Customer Tech and marTech domain;

• Get the opportunity to present your results to our team and others within the organization at fixed times;

• Together with the other interns, you'll be challenged to add value to Accenture Song by coming up with your own company-wide project;

• Gain experience as a consultant within Accenture.
