Managing Director, Benelux

TOMRA is seeking a Managing Director with a strong track record and a hands-on leadership style to lead its Benelux entities, combining commercial excellence, operational leadership, and cultural stewardship to elevate market position and unlock the next phase of growth.

Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a high-impact market within TOMRA’s global network.

As Managing Director Benelux, you will:

• Lead a mature and strategic market unit, ensuring strong commercial positioning and operational excellence
• Drive sustainable growth and profitability, with full accountability for P&L performance
• Ensure that successful sales rates are achieved, and a high level of service is provided to TOMRA’s installed RVMs
• Champion and embed TOMRA’s values-led culture, inspiring teams to perform at their best
• Be responsible for the local Leadership Team

You will be the face of TOMRA in the Market Units, balancing strategic vision with executional excellence and ensuring outstanding outcomes for customers, society, and the environment.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of financial management, including the ability to develop business plans/models with P&L responsibility
• Experience in the Sales and Service industry
• Proven ability to implement growth initiatives
• Experience structuring business strategies
• Experience working with complex analysis

• Safety mindset
• Strong presentation skills
• High moral and ethical values
• Preferred fluency in Dutch, though this is not required
• Fluency in English is required
• Fluency in French would be a plus
