Job Summary

We are looking for a high-impact Account Executive to drive growth in the German (DE) market, as part of our Commercial team covering the FLAP region. This role is based in Amsterdam and operates in a hybrid model, requiring regular in-office collaboration with the broader team.

This is a pure hunter role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects into long-term customers, playing a critical role in expanding our presence in one of Europe’s most strategic markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, focusing exclusively on net-new customers in the German market.
  • Identify and engage C-level and senior decision-makers within target mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Position a comprehensive portfolio of digital infrastructure, interconnection, and cloud-related solutions to solve complex customer challenges.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineers and internal stakeholders to design compelling, technically sound solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and commercial discussions to secure long-term, value-driven customer relationships.
  • Transition newly acquired and stabilized customers to Account Management for ongoing growth and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong track record in complex sales, ideally within mid-market or enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of the German business landscape; fluent in German and English.
  • A solid, practical understanding of data center, networking, and cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC / MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar.
  • Comfortable selling international solutions and navigating cross-border opportunities.
  • Resilient, driven, and motivated by creating opportunities from scratch and winning new business.
