Executive Assistant - Senior Leadership Support

At Accenture the Netherlands, we are looking for an Executive Assistant who brings structure, precision, and calm to complex agendas and supports leadership in making a real impact.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders within our Corporate Functions organization.

🛠️ What you’ll do

• Proactively manage complex calendars and meetings across multiple time zones
• Plan and coordinate international travel arrangements, including travel documentation and expense management
• Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and arrange meetings and events end-to-end and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Prepare, edit, and manage high-quality documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Coordinate priorities, deadlines, and actions across multiple stakeholders
• Support process improvements and bring structure and efficiency to daily operations
• Act as backup for team members when needed
