Great experience starts with responsibility. In this internship, you will gain experience working with Talent Acquisition and People Analytics teams and have the freedom to contribute ideas which shape how data is used across recruitment efforts.

The internship

HEINEKEN is on a journey to become the best-connected brewer in the world. This ambition is supported by the Talent Acquisition Team in bringing in the best talent for the organization. One of the focus areas is using more data and insights in recruitment efforts and sharing data with the business. Therefore, HEINEKEN is looking for ways to ensure Talent Acquisition data is readily available.

In this internship you will be responsible for the following:

  • Work directly with the TA Manager, TA Leads, Talent Acquisition Business Partners, and People Operations to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
  • Interact with regional and global people function colleagues to understand and capture their feedback and requirements.
  • Evaluate new requirements in terms of the value they will deliver and the complexity of the changes required before they are prioritized and implemented.
  • Support the progression of Talent Acquisition and People Analytics use cases.
  • Work with multiple datasets to extract insights.
  • Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets.

Your new team and workplace

The Talent Acquisition Team interacts with colleagues from different Operating Companies based in the Netherlands. In addition, there is also a project side with the Global Supply Team. You will work together with these colleagues on a day-to-day basis. The team also interacts with different People disciplines in Amsterdam, such as People Analytics and Global Talent Acquisition.

Our team likes to socialize and enjoy each other’s company. There will be plenty of team moments. During your internship, you’ll have every opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as an organization, not just within your own team, but across departments. We trust and empower you to work with an entrepreneurial mindset. At HEINEKEN, we love bringing the outside world in and welcoming fresh, new ideas with open arms. Of course, we’ll make sure you get the guidance that suits you.

The unique you!

We believe everyone has unique talents. Energy, drive and the ambition to grow are what make the difference at HEINEKEN.

In addition, you bring:

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • An analytical mindset, strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn different technologies and adapt to changing requirements.

Even if you feel you don’t meet all the criteria, an internship is the perfect opportunity to learn and grow.
